Products and pricing

All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Support My Rehab is not registered for GST, so no GST is included in our prices.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to update prices without prior notice. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Payment can be made via:

• Credit or debit card — processed securely through Stripe
• Bank transfer — details provided on your invoice
• Purchase order — available for institutional and bulk orders by arrangement

Orders are confirmed once payment is received (or a valid purchase order is accepted for institutional customers).

Shipping and delivery

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Orders of 10 or more units — free shipping
• Orders under 10 units — flat rate shipping applies (shown at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post processing. We are not liable for delays caused by the postal service.

Bulk and institutional orders

We offer volume pricing for hospitals, clinics, aged care facilities, and other organisations. Please contact us at orders@supportmyrehab.com.au for a quote.

For institutional customers, we can issue formal quotes and accept purchase orders. Payment terms for purchase orders are 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
